JiGraH Resources respects the privacy of visitors to this Web site and will comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 in respect of any personal information received. JiGraH Resources is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 - Registration Number Z5995214. The Entry in the Register can be inspected by looking at the Notification area of The Information Commissioner's web site. The person at JiGraH Resources designated as responsible for all aspects of Data Protection and Information Security is Graham Hadfield, Partner. JiGraH Resources has to collect information about you as follows:
- In order to communicate with you about your order/enquiry and to deliver any goods/services ordered by you we must have your name and postal address.
- We also ask for your e-mail address and/or telephone number in case we need to contact you more quickly but do not insist that this information is provided.
- When you send us a cheque that necessarily means that you supply any details of your bank account printed on the cheque. We never record such details.
- Your personal details and those of other living individuals may be embedded in the data which you supply to us for production of your tree chart. Such data is only used by us for that purpose.
JiGraH Resources undertakes:
- Not to collect information about you without your consent.
- Not to intentionally disclose personal information to third parties without your consent unless obliged to do so by any law, regulation or other legally binding authority including but not limited to governmental request.
- To take all possible measures to ensure that your personal data which we hold is accurate, is not excessive and is up to date. We are happy to supply a copy of any and all data which we hold about you at any time and to make any amendments and/or deletions which you request to correct any inaccuracies.
- Not to send unsolicited commercial e-mail.
Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure appropriate security measures are in place, JiGraH Resources cannot guarantee that information sent to it by e-mail or via the internet will not be intercepted or decrypted and therefore accepts no liability for such occurrences.
At present, the JiGraH Resources Web site itself does not use 'cookies' or any other method of storing personal information about you. Such facilities may be incorporated into the Web site at a later date but this statement will be amended to include relevant details at that time. Please note, however, that if you choose to pay for goods or services using PayPal that the PayPal pages may use the types of cookies you agreed to when you signed up with PayPal (e.g. in order to facilitate the tracking of contents of a shopping cart). Our Internet Service Provider collects statistics which inform us of information such as how many times our pages are accessed, the types of browsers used and the referring web pages. None of this data identifies any individual person.
