![]() | Paisley & District Directory, 1929.Unusually, the map issued with the directory is still in place so the publication is totally complete. The map is too large to be scanned on an A3 scanner so has been scanned (at 200 dpi) as six overlapping tiles. In addition to Paisley the directory covers Bishopton, Blackston, Bridge of Weir, Brookfield, Clippens, Crosslee, Dargavel, Elderslie, Erskine, Formakin, Fulwood, Georgetown, Houston, Howwood, Inchinnan, Inkermann, Johnstone, Kilbarchan, Kilmalcolm, Linwood, Lochwinnoch, Milliken Park & Renfrew, with advertisements throughout. Some of the scanned pages appear not to be straight and/or warped. This is a feature of the original book rather than the scanning process. Some page corners appear clipped as a result of angling them to compensate for skewed print. |
Price £11.00 (GBP 11.00) plus £1.00 (GBP 1) postage & packing (first class within the UK and by air mail to customers outside the UK).
