The remainder of the directory is also complete. The size of the directory is such that it has had to be published as a 2 CD set. The main indexes are published on both CDs.Some section changes occur part way down pages. Where appropriate the page is displayed in each section on the CD. Some of the scanned pages appear not to be straight. This is a feature of the original book rather than the scanning process. Some page corners appear clipped as a result of angling them to compensate for skewed print. |
