A large piece has been torn from one of the pages of the Classified Index to Advertisements but it is possible to identify advertisement location from the Index to Names of Advertisers.The remainder of the directory is complete and comprises: Topography &c; Street Directory; Private Residents(alphabetical list of) & Commercial Directory (alphabetical list) for: Pinner, Hatch End & Headstone; Northwood; Ruislip and Eastcote plus a Professional and Trades Directory. Some of the scanned pages appear not to be straight. This is a feature of the original book rather than the scanning process. Some page corners appear clipped. This is a result of having to angle the page to compensate for skewed print. |
