Many of the scanned pages appear not to be straight/warped - a feature of the original book rather than the scanning process. In addition, the text on several pages is printed close to the spine - this means that a numer of scans show the inner page edge (the alternative was to destroy a rare book). At some stage in the past a small section of pp 214/215 (in the Alphabetical Directory) have become stuck together resulting in some illegibility. However, addresses are readable so cross-reference to the Street Directory is possible to identify missing names.
