Charts from Family Tree Maker, Roots Magic, Genbox etc.


The service we offer from FTM, Roots Magic, Genbox and other programs is to print descendant, ancestor and (where available) all-in-one, hourglass, butterfly/bow-tie charts etc for a price based on the number of people in the chart. A basic chart will contain the name and the years of birth & death (where known) of each person; box format of your choice and colours for text/lines/boxes of your choice.

For basic charts containing up to 300 people the cost will be Fifteen Pounds.

For basic charts containing over 300 but no more than 500 people the cost will be Fifteen Pounds for the first 300 people plus Five Pounds per hundred or part thereof for the excess over 300.

For basic charts containing over 500 people but no more than 1,000 people the cost will be Twentyfive Pounds for the first 500 people plus Three Pounds per hundred or part thereof for the excess over 500.

For basic charts containing over 1,000 people but no more than 1,500 people the cost will be Forty Pounds for the first 1,000 people plus Two Pounds per hundred or part thereof for the excess over 1,000.

For basic charts containing over 1,500 people the cost will be Fifty Pounds for the first 1,500 people plus One Pound per hundred or part thereof for the excess over 1,500.

So that you can see how your chart will look before you decide to buy we will load a screenshot of it - or part(s) of it if it is a really large chart - or even the whole lot in several parts - to a special web page where you can view it before making up your mind.
To pay for your chart you can either send us a cheque (Sterling cheques only please, drawn on a UK bank and made out to GJ & J Hadfield) for the appropriate amount to 85 Heythrop Drive, Acklam, Middlesbrough, TS5 8QX, England or we can set up a one-off facility on the preview web page for you to pay by credit/debit card via PayPal.

Charts up to A3 size can be laminated for only £2.00 (GBP 2) extra.

Extra copies of charts will be supplied for half the price of the original chart if ordered at the same time for delivery to the same address. Subsequent orders of extra charts will be supplied for half the price of the original chart plus a postage & packing charge of £2.00 (GBP 2.00) per address within the UK (First class post) and surface mail to international destination (please e-mail for air mail prices).

Copies of the chart in .pdf format, which can not be printed but which can be viewed using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, will be supplied by e-mail for £20 (GBP 20) or on CD for £21 (GBP 21) including postage & packing.


Just send us your Gedcom or native file as an e-mail attachment or on floppy disk or CD (to 85 Heythrop Drive, Acklam, Middlesbrough, TS5 8QX, England) together with details of the starting person, the information you wish to be included for each person and whether you want a Descendant, Ancestor or other type of chart and we will work out the total cost so that you can decide if you wish to go ahead.
