Platts in Glossop - Page 2

This page consists mainly of details which pertain to the family of Thomas Platt and Ann Bowden of Hill Top. The reason for doing this is that my great great grandfather, John Platt, and three of his children were recorded as being in their household in the census of 1851. As yet, I have no idea why this should be so or whether there was any family relationship. I have also included other parish register entries for locations relating to my family (Hill Top, Shaw and Mouselowe) though, once more, I have no idea (yet) if there was any family relationship. Once more, any mistakes are mine alone and I apologise. Happy hunting.

I welcome any comments or contact from other researchers of 'my' names. To get in touch all you have to do is to click on send mail to Graham @ JiGraH.
