Goodisons in Glossop - Page 1

This page shows my Goodison ancestors in Glossop in Derbyshire, England. All being well the analysis is accurate but if there are mistakes then I apologise. Like everyone else, I'm human (honest) so please use this list as it is intended and check back against the original documents to be sure. Happy hunting.
Most of the information on this page and the next comes from entries in the Glossop Patish Registers. In addition, there are two gravestones at Glossop Parish Church which give the following information:

a) Nancy the daughter, Betty the wife and Worral the son of John Goodison of Whitfield; Two Benjamins his sons and Anna their mother & his 2nd wife; Also John Goodison who died ? Jun 1782, aged 74; Rodger Goodison of Manchester d 4 Jul 1828, aged 39; James his son, d 17 Feb 1837, aged 24.

b) Mary, wife of Rodger Goodison of Padfield, d 21 May 1768, aged 28; Rodger Goodison, d 20 Sep 1804; Also Sarah his wife, d 29 Jan 1838, aged 93 years.

There are two burials in the Parish Register which must fit somewhere but I can't see it at the moment:

Benjamin Goodison of Glossop, linen weaver, d Jan 7 1784, bur Jan 11 1784, age 61

Benjamin Goodison of Glossop, bur Oct 15 1795, age 28.

Analysis/notes of further Goodison entries from the Glossop parish registers are on Goodison Page 2.
